Well, there are 3 of us in this marriage, but we’re adept at keeping both brand and design teams happy. Our design and research expertise means that we provide practical output for designers, and actionable findings for the brand team.

And nothing is sugar coated – we’ll tell you what you need to hear, even if it’s not what you want to hear.

Going beyond the project…

You’ll of course benefit from our expertise in setting the project up – whether it’s helping you write a design brief, or creating the right stimulus package to get the most out of the research.

But being a creative partner means adding value beyond the ‘project’. The creative process doesn’t end with our debrief, so neither should our input. Whether it’s helping you understand quant results, preparing the next stage of qual, or helping you sell the findings through your organisation, it’s all part of the service.
