Kahlia is a ‘people person’ in the purest sense.

After graduating from her BA in Social Sciences in her home country of New Zealand, Kahlia set up three businesses in Melbourne ahead of turning to research in 2007. Since then, she’s used her connection with consumers and passion for design to deliver clients strategic insights on brand design.

Kahlia is continually questioning ‘what’s new?’ in the world of design and consumer research – which is why she has an active role in our internal Innovation team, and has spearheaded thinking on everything from UX, to design online and Generation Y (aka: Millennials).
