Introducing The Big Picture

We’re a global design research agency based in New York and London. Our team of expert researchers generates consumer insight that inspires, guides and hones exceptional design for our clients.

By combining research expertise with a passion for design, we’re able to truly influence design strategy and execution. Our work takes us wherever design is a factor, including: Packaging, Visual Brand Language, NPD, Strategy, Retail and UX.

Who we’re looking for

After 20 years working globally from our offices in London, we opened our first international office in New York in 2013. Strong business growth has meant that we need to expand our team!
We’re in search of a Trainee Research Executive keen to learn how to uncover and apply insight for design.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to start (or take the next step in) a career in qualitative research. We’re after a smart, switched on team player who can confidently say they’ve got…

– A proven passion for design and brands
– Curiosity about how consumers interpret design
– An analytical mind
– An eye for the detail, and an ability to zoom out and see what’s important
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Drive to go the extra mile to support the team and deliver the best for our clients
– Desire to learn through experience and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
– An interest in other cultures, and appetite to travel (domestic, and further afield)

If you can say yes to the above, we’d love to hear from you.
