We’re excited to be both chairing and speaking at the Food Matters Live conference next week.
On Wednesday 18th November, The Big Picture’s MD John Cassidy will be chairing a session on “The power of persuasion: maximizing pack design to drive healthy food choices”.
During this session, The Big Picture’s Ashleigh Cook will be sharing her insights on how to “Future-proof your food” in the context of healthy snacking.
Her session, entitled ‘A conversation on healthy snacking & brand design at shelf & beyond”, looks to Generation Z for inspiration regarding the future of brand design.
During this talk, Ashleigh will offer a birds-eye view on the world of Generation Z, specifically shedding light on their relationship with health and snacking. From this, brand owners and marketers will take away five key considerations for targeting this influential consumer group.
In short, we hope to spark thinking about how brands can future-proof their products, and inspire the next wave of innovation & NPD.
