At TBP, we’re an ethically conscious bunch. We take canvas bags to the supermarket, recycle all our paper and even try to avoid stepping on spiders.

The global nature of global design research does, however, involve a fair bit of flying. We’d cycle if we could, but it might push the timings back a bit.

Thus the happy solution is that we offset the carbon emissions from all our flights. We don’t do this through an airline-sponsored programme however… Rather, we donate the due amount to a charity that is campaigning specifically to negate the effects of CO2 emissions, namely the RSPB Sumatran Rainforest appeal. This way we can also help to save all the lovely birds and little insects as well.
